The first step is to become a Wipöp customer. If you are not one already, the process is simple and only requires basic information about your business. Once registered, you will access a control panel where you can manage everything related to your payment gateway.
Wipöp offers you multiple integration options. You can use specific plugins if you work with platforms such as WooCommerce or Prestashop, among others; or make a custom integration using the Wipöp API. You can consult the step by step of these processes in our technical guides, our documentation is very clear and easy to follow. We also offer you the option to get in touch with a developer to help you set everything up correctly.
Antes de activar los pagos en tu tienda online, te recomendamos que realices pruebas en el Panel de control modo pruebas, nuestro entorno de desarrollo. Esto asegura que la integración funciona correctamente y que las transacciones se procesarán sin problemas. Cuando estés listo, podrás pasar al entorno de producción y empezar a aceptar pagos.
Una vez integrada Pasarela en tu página web, puedes monitorear en tiempo real todas las transacciones desde el panel de Wipöp. Dispones de acceso a reportes detallados, lo que te permite hacer un seguimiento de tus ventas, ver los métodos de pago utilizados por tus clientes, y gestionar devoluciones, reembolsos o pagos recurrentes/suscripciones de manera eficiente.
