This Personal Data Processing Document (“Personal Data Processing”) regulates the processing of personal data provided by users (the “User” or “Users”) of the website www.wipop.es (“Website”) owned by HANS FACTORY, S.L. This personal data protection policy (“Personal Data Protection Policy”) is intended to disclose how we collect, process and protect the personal data you provide or we collect through our website wipop.com (the “Website”) by means of forms and/or cookies so that you can freely and voluntarily decide whether you want us to process it. 

When you contract products or services with HANS FACTORY, S.L. (“HANS”) the processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding document.

What do we use your personal data for?

When your consent is necessary to communicate your personal data to third parties, we will inform you in the data collection forms of the purpose of the processing, the data to be communicated and the identity or sectors of activity of the possible assignees of your personal data. In order to provide you with an adequate service and to manage the relationship we have with you as a customer, in the Suppliers document, you will find a list by categories of companies that process your data on behalf of HANS, as part of the provision of services that we have contracted with them.
