Costs in other e-wallets such as Google Pay 

The cost will be the percentage of the sale that applies to the card associated with the e-wallets. 

Do you want your customers to pay with Bizum? 

In order for your customers to pay with Bizum, you need to register the service with your bank, which will charge you its established fees. We will only process transactions (free of charge) to inform you of payments made through Bizum.

What is included in the monthly price of the POS?

It includes the terminal and all associated services: support and management of breakdowns and incidents. In the case of physical POS, it includes the replacement of the device and its replacement.

The price of the first terminal depends on your turnover. If you need more than one, each additional terminal costs €5/month (taxes not included).

Soon your customers will also be able to pay with Bizum at the physical POS. It is already available at the virtual POS.

Wipöp GO costs €10/month (taxes not included), plus the variable Virtual POS fee and 0.70% per subscription transaction. With the welcome promotion, this commission does not apply until December 2025, unless you exceed €50,000: from then on, 0.70% will be charged.

Yes, the DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) service is included at no additional cost in your tariff. If your customers want to pay in their own currency, there is no extra cost to you.

No, Wipöp does not charge any fees for the setup or installation of your solution.

Just a few. VAT is only applied to the monthly POS fees. Sales commissions (i.e. the percentage charged for each transaction) are not subject to VAT.
