It starts with a single gesture

At the top of the left side is the power button for the POS. All you have to do is press it to start it. The Wipöp POS  app will open directly, without the need for passwords. 

Your own way

To configure it to your liking, you must open the main menu of the app and select the “Settings” option. In this section you can customise the options for configuration, such as the language. 

Charge in seconds

Simply enter the amount you wish to charge on the home screen. During this process, you will be shown the option to accept foreign cards if you wish. Once the sale has been executed, you can choose between printing the receipt (physically) or sending it by email to your customer (in this case, you will have to enter the email address). 

Total control over your sales

You can review your operations at any time. To do this, go to the “Transaction history” option. In this section, you can search by order code and filter by date and type of operation. By selecting the desired transaction, you will be able to review the details, process a refund or send/print the transaction receipt again.

Explore other functionalities

  • Pre-authorisations: in the “Pre-authorisations” section you have the possibility to reserve an amount easily. You can also confirm or cancel the ones you have made whenever you need to. 
  • Closings: use this option to group your trades by time periods. This is perfect to have more control over the movements of your business. 
  • Help: each section of the Wipöp app includes a help section with answers to the most frequently asked questions, and you can also contact us whenever you need to by using the “Contact” option in the app.

  • Move it wherever you want: if your business requires travel, Wïpop POS can always go with you, all you need is a network connection (WiFi or 4G GPRS SIM card). 
  • Pre-authorisations: you can reserve an amount quickly and easily. Confirm or cancel the ones you have made when you need to, all from the same section. 
  • Refunds: go to the “Transaction history” section, search for the sale you wish to refund and access its details. You will be able to carry out a refund in just a few steps. 
  • Currency conversion: DCC(Dynamic Currency Conversion) service so that your international customers can pay in their local currency if they prefer. You will continue to receive the amount in euros. 
  • Security for you and your customers: Wipöp is PCI-DSS compliant and tokenises all financial transaction data. Your customer data is protected. 

What are the requirements?

Getting started with Wïpop POS is quick and easy. All you need is:  

  • An active Wïpop account. 
  • To be registered as a self-employed person or SME. 
  • To have a bank account to settle transactions.
