1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
These Terms of Use regulate the usage of the Website that HANS makes available to Users.
The Terms of Use, the Legal Notice, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Cookie Policy together constitute the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the public part of the Website (the “Website Terms and Conditions”). In the event that the User also registers as a user of the private area of the Website, the Terms and Conditions of Registration shall also apply in addition to the Website Terms and Conditions, which must be expressly accepted by the User at the time of registration.
By accessing and using the Website, the User accepts in full and agrees to be bound by the Website Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the User must carefully read these Terms of Use as well as the other Website Terms and Conditions each time he/she intends to use the Website, as these may be subject to modifications that will be communicated to the User with the new access. HANS reserves the right to update, modify or delete the present Website Terms and Conditions.
2. Terms of Use of the Website
The User undertakes to make good use of the Website, good use being understood as that which is in accordance with current legislation, good faith and public order.
In addition, the User undertakes not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes and not to engage in any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of HANS or third parties. Likewise, the User undertakes not to carry out any act with the aim of damaging, rendering useless or overloading the Website, or preventing, in any way, the normal use and operation of the same.
The User is informed that, in the event that he/she breaches the content or obligations arising from the Website Terms and Conditions or any other particular terms or conditions contained in the Website, HANS reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate his/her access to the Website, taking any technical measures necessary for that purpose. HANS also reserves the right to take such action if it reasonably suspects that the User is violating any of the terms contained in the Website Terms and Conditions or any other particular terms or conditions contained in the Website.
HANS reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained on the Website, including the contents and/or services included therein, and may even limit or deny access to such information at any time and without prior notice. In particular, HANS reserves the right to remove, limit or prevent access to the Website when technical difficulties arise due to events or circumstances beyond HANS’ control which, in its opinion, diminish or nullify the levels of security or standards adopted for the proper functioning of the Website. To this end, HANS reserves the right to make decisions at any time on the continuity of the information society services provided through the Website.
3. Website Content
The intellectual and industrial property rights to the Website, including the layout of the Website contents, the sui generis right to the underlying databases, the graphic design and user interface of the Website (look & feel), the underlying computer programmes (including source and object codes), as well as the various features that make up the Website (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, etc.) (the “Contents”), belong to HANS or its licensors. The distinctive signs included on the Website (trademarks and trade names) are owned by HANS or its licensors.
The use of the Website by the User does not imply the transfer of any intellectual and/or industrial property rights over the Website, the Contents and/or the distinctive signs belonging to HANS. To this effect, by means of these Terms of Use, except in those cases in which it is legally permitted or with prior authorisation from HANS, the User is expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting and/or reusing the Website, its Contents and/or the distinctive signs belonging to HANS or of any other third parties incorporated into the Website. HANS reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against Users who violate or infringe intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
HANS grants Users who respect the Website Terms and Conditions (and, where applicable, the Terms and Conditions of Registration) a non-exclusive authorisation to use the Website for the maximum period of validity of the intellectual and industrial property rights as established by the applicable regulations (except in the event that their access to the Website is suspended for reasons which are justified) and for the purpose of enabling the User to use the Website in accordance with this document.
HANS FURTHER DECLARES as follows:
- The information contained in the Website is for information purposes only, and does not provide any type of recommendation, and may not be considered in any case as technical, legal, fiscal, financial or investment advice, nor as an offer or guarantee on the part of HANS, nor should it be understood as a recommendation to carry out operations, nor shall it constitute the basis for a decision in any particular direction. HANS declines all responsibility for any use which may be made of the information contained in the Website in this sense, and it is specifically understood that this information, subject to the regulations in force in Spain, is not intended for those Users who act under other jurisdictions of other States that demand compliance with different requirements for the provision, disclosure or advertising of information of this type.
- The information provided by HANS on the Website does not constitute a technical opinion belonging to HANS.
- HANS is not responsible for the information contained therein meeting the User’s expectations. HANS is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, sufficiency, completeness or up-to-dateness of information which is not produced by HANS and for which another source is indicated. Nor is HANS responsible for the opinions or comments that appear on the Website, since they have either been made by its Users in their personal capacity or come from the sources indicated.
- HANS reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained on the Website under the terms indicated in section 2 above, and does not assume any commitment to communicate changes or modify the content thereof.
The User ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES to the above declarations by HANS and additionally GUARANTEES compliance with the regulations applicable to him/her as a User of this Website.
4. Linking to the Website
Linking to the Website is prohibited unless previously authorised by HANS.
In any case, once the link has been authorised by HANS, linking must take place under the following terms:
- The link may not consist of frames that allow the Website to be viewed through Internet addresses other than those of the Website or that in any other way display information from the Website together with information from other web pages.
- The website that introduces the link (the “Linking Site”) shall not make any false, inaccurate or incorrect statements about the Website and/or HANS.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the aforementioned terms, HANS may take the appropriate measures to that effect.
5. Linked sites:
In order to assist the User in finding additional information, we may include various technical linking devices that allow the User to access other websites (the “Linked Sites”). In these cases, HANS acts as an intermediary service provider, in accordance with the provisions of article 17 of the LSSI (Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce). In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation, HANS shall not be liable for the services and content provided through the Linked Sites, unless it has actual knowledge of the unlawfulness and has not deactivated the link with due diligence.
Under no circumstances does the existence of Linked Sites imply recommendation, promotion, identification or conformity on the part of HANS with the statements, contents or services provided through the Linked Sites. Consequently, HANS is not responsible for the content of the Linked Sites, nor for their terms of use and privacy policies, and the User is solely responsible for checking and accepting them each time he/she accesses and uses them.
6. Reporting activities of an illegal and inappropriate nature
In the event that the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that any type of information or content on the Website or provided through it is unlawful, harmful to the rights of third parties, harmful, derogatory, violent, inappropriate, contrary to the provisions of these Terms of Use or, in any other way, contrary to morality, customs and good manners, he/she may contact HANS indicating the following details:
- the caller’s personal data: name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a description of the facts which reveal the unlawful or inappropriate nature of the content or information, as well as the specific address at which it is available;
- in the case of infringement of third party rights, such as intellectual and industrial property rights, the details of the holder of the infringed right must be provided where this is a person other than the communicator. He/she must also provide proof of ownership of the rights which have been infringed and, where applicable, representation to act on behalf of the owner when he/she is a person other than the communicating party.
The receipt by HANS of the communication provided for in this clause shall not imply, in accordance with the provisions of the LSSI, effective knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the communicating party when this is not obvious or evident. In any case, HANS reserves the right to suspend or remove the contents that, although not illegal, are contrary to the rules established in these Terms of Use, weighing in each case the legal assets in conflict.
7. Responsibility of HANS
The User should be aware that communications over open networks are exposed to a variety of threats that make them insecure. It is the User’s responsibility to adopt all appropriate technical measures to reasonably control these threats and, among them, to have up-to-date systems for detecting malicious software, such as viruses, Trojans, etc., as well as to have up-to-date security patches for the corresponding browsers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HANS shall not be liable for damages caused to the User as a result of risks inherent to the medium used, nor for those caused by vulnerabilities in its systems and tools. HANS does not guarantee the total security of its systems and although it has adopted adequate security measures, the existence of vulnerabilities cannot be totally ruled out and, consequently, the User must be cautious when interacting with the Website.
In particular, HANS shall not be liable for:
- Damage of any kind caused to the User’s computer equipment by viruses, worms, Trojans or any other harmful element.
- Damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Website during the provision of the same. In this regard, the User acknowledges that access to the Website requires services provided by third parties outside the control of HANS (by way of example: telecommunications network operators, access providers, etc.) whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation do not correspond to HANS, nor does it form part of its responsibility to guarantee the availability of the service.
- Information belonging to third parties in cases where HANS acts as an intermediary service provider in the sense given by the LSSI, except when there is effective knowledge and the corresponding information has not been withdrawn.
HANS shall also not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that Users may suffer as a result of inappropriate use of this Website or its content, nor does it assume any commitment to communicate changes or modify the content of the same.

10. Applicable Law
